1. Project-Based Services
- All projects begin only after a detailed discussion, proposal, and client approval.
- Once the project has started, payments are non-refundable since resources, tools, and time are immediately allocated.
- If a project is canceled by the client before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.
2. Digital Marketing, SEO, and Advertising Services
- Due to the nature of digital marketing, SEO, and ad campaigns, no refunds will be provided once the campaign has started or ad spend has been allocated.
- These services involve third-party costs (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) that are non-recoverable once used.
- Clients are encouraged to review and approve the campaign strategy before activation to ensure satisfaction with the approach.
3. Digital Products or Subscriptions
- Refunds for digital products, licenses, or subscriptions (if applicable) will only be provided if the product is defective or does not function as described.
- Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be issued.
4. Revisions and Client Satisfaction
- We are committed to client satisfaction and provide revisions as stated in the service agreement.
- If any issue arises, clients are encouraged to contact us to discuss possible solutions or adjustments rather than request a refund.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting FusionwebX to resolve the matter directly. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of agreement.
